Self employed SEISS/Universal Credit query

I was a freelance Driver/Guide for the three tax years leading up to last years lockdown.
The three grants at 80% 70% and 80% have so far paid out about £9,700.
Universal credit has paid me about £2500 since April last year.
I'm still actively looking for work as a Driver/Guide, but the tour operators that
used my services have almost without exception written this year off.
I have like many others decided to take any work thay is offered and have had
an induction as a 'click and collect' supermarket delivery driver.
I'm being offered two rates of pay for this work PAYE and LTD driver self employed.
There's not a massive differential between the two hourly rates.
I know that SEISS didn't accept applications for individuals using LTD status.
I'd still like to be eligible of course for the next SEISS grant.
I submitted my self assement for tax year 2019/2020 at almost the exact figure of my average for the last three years.
Anybody with a similar situation have advise, I'm guessing switching to LTD is not a smart idea at this stage?
Anyone got any advice of how self assesment treats part PAYE and Self employment in the same tax year.
All advice gratefully received....
