Help - Precise - Payday Loan Issue

Hi Guys!
My partner took out some payday loans in the past (2016) however had £26 outstanding on one of them however had no idea about this (if he did, he would have paid especially with this being such a low amount) we only found out as in October 2020 we applied for a mortgage and it was declined and we were told this was why, so we paid it and waited. It has now cleared off the credit report but is now showing as paid in October 2020 and is a recent thing on his credit report. We have already reserved our house and picked our upgrades ( we are first time buyers ) We have been advised to use Precise so our financial advisor is doing this for us. Everything has now been submitted however we are worried this will get declined all because of £26.00 that we didn’t know about? Does anyone have any advice? I’m very worried 😟

Can you tell us what "it" is? Late payment, missed payment, default? What was the date of registration if it is a default?
