Hello
Thinking of transferring my pension to them.
Does anyone have any feedback on their customer service please? Ease of use, reactivity to e-mails, timescale to get money out etc?
TIA

Slope master, my experience has been positive. Excellent telephone assistance and good messaging service. Not withdrawn any cash but very satisfied with dealing, switching service thus far. Regards1

Thanks.I e-mailed a query to them today and got a response in a few hours, so that seems like a good sign0

I have secure messaged them several times, they got back to me the next day. They even changed some of the wording you see when buying funds when I complained that it wasn't clear enough.Think first of your goal, then make it happen!1

MrsG is a very happy customer with her pension. Also like that trading is free, if you don't need real-time ETF trades. If it's not adding up, compound it!1

Currently in process of switching to them. In specie transfer so could take a while yet. Phone discussion and online messaging has been helpful and prompt so far.

Set up another SIPP with some spare cash and drip feed it regularly. Very easy to use, charges are very competitive. I’m invested in Lifestyle strategy and a numbe4 of ETF trackers. I’m able to use there tools to track performance, move investments, buy investments etc.1
