Fixed charge for home shopping deliveries

I have done a little home deliveries and a lot of click and collect.
I know some of the supermarkets have ceased the fixed annual deals, but for when things are more normal.....
Are there any supermarkets that do an annual charge and then allow smaller deliveries without extra charges?  I live alone & I get “hello fresh” & a veg box, so I don’t always want £40.00 worth of shopping.  

Tesco click & collect is minimum order £25.00, is this the only option for a purchase of about £25.00?

Yes even with a Delivery Pass Tesco have a £40 minimum order for home delivery.

I'd definitely be interested in what you describe but don't know of anywhere offering it. 

Iceland charge £2 delivery for their minimum order of £25 and free over £35.

Riverford is free delivery and I think minimum order is £15. Abel & Cole deliver is 1.50 and minimum order is 12.50  IIRC Sainsbury's will do an under £40 order but you get charged for being under

Tesco’s you can do a click & collect for £25 + for £1.50

No I don't think any of the supermarkets offer what OP is looking for unfortunately.

I think Amazon Prime might?

Amazon Prime offer Morrisons delivery but still minimum order of £40.
I think Amazon Fresh is the same minimum but not sure.
