  • Thank you, Jeremy, I have looked on Companies House and will look again now I know what I am looking for and give the information to the solicitor.  Moving forward the judge that did the FDR has directed that the final hearing will be heard by the most experienced circuit financial judge, so I am seeing this as a positive.

Hi, after looking at Companies House, it appears my twenty shares were reduced to one share in 2013 along with the other director's wife at this time the general manager was given two shares.  I spoke to the director who left the company in 2016 and he says my husband, himself and his wife ( the other 3 shareholders at the time) had a meeting with the accountant and because of my husband's past history with women decided to protect their interests by reducing my holding in the company and did the same with the other wife to make it look like I was being targeted. It turns out they were right.
Is it worth me bringing this to the attention of the judge at the Final hearing ??
    Thank you in advance

I would certainly draw it to the attention of your solicitor, and if he seems uninterested, presumably you will have an opportunity to speak to your barrister at some stage. It seems likely that they did not do the reorganisation of the company illegally (although it is possible), and it raises the question as to whether you should have had at least some dividend paid when your husband received dividends.
