Husbands Income

I am nearly there with submitting for bankruptcy - however have a couple of questions regarding my husbands income. Currently I pay all the bills etc. and he simply pays me an amount each month (£600) - this has been reduced from £860 in the last year as he too has debt problems. When I put income in I have added the £600 under the Board section. My adult son also lives with us and is unemployed so we are feeding him etc. too. He does get some benefits but not a lot and this mainly goes on running a car as we live in a village with limited public transport - and he is looking for work. My SOA therefore includes the £600 above and assumes 3 adults living in the house with no other contributions. Is this acceptable ? Appreciate any help - if someone could share the link for the SOA I can post it ? Thanks

Does your husband earn more than you? In that case it may be simplest if he does not declare his income - they will then assume a 50/50 split of household expenses0 -

My debt repayments would be approx £2050 per month at min payments - and looking at the SOA based on the above I would have about £1200 per month for an IPA.
