    I know a few of the advisers there, I think I mentioned it in a PM to you, they did my little brothers mortgage. It was something I could have done, but he wanted a HTB mortgage and we do not do HTB. I trust them to look after my little brother, so they cant be too bad :-)

  • I’ve been through a broker and they have offered me a 5% mortgage on a property up to 210k with 32k deposit but due to my defaults he can’t apply for it until March and then finalise in June when all my defaults are 3.

    I thought in the meantime I would see what a company came up with that specialises in adverse mortgages, I sent them my details yesterday.
