Is your wife paying/providing proof of address for the first time or doing the annual fresh proof that she is still eligible? I renewed mine earlier this year and just submitted a copy of my current council tax statement with the £10 payment. The renewal charge has just been raised to £18.PierreL77 said:- my wife is having the same problem 4.5 years later - She submitted all documents online - id rejected as addresses 'didn't match' - we haven't moved in 20 years! - very difficult to get any help - phone calls are intercepted and diverted to a message that basically says 'Tough - try again - send us £20' - no option to talk to anyone or verify what's gone wrong. Now waiting for TFL 'General queries' call back, as the only alternative is to spend the extra £20 on top of the original £10. Really poor level of service.[How to get to the General Enquiries? wait til the rejection message is complete, and take the option to find out how they use your data - that gets you to a more useful message - I took option 2 General Enquiries - option 1 takes you in a circle][[They've suggested they will send an email to comment on their service - haven't seen that yet.]]0
