Hi. Has anyone had experience of completing online courses to qualify for the CeMAP Mortgage Advisors certificate and getting employment after?

    The exam is the easy bit. So many people have the exam, the harder part is getting your first step on the ladder and obtaining CAS and if you go down the self employed route it could take 6 months before you start to get a wage possibly longer. It took me about 2 years before I start to earn a proper wage. Im sure I was on less than minimum wage for a good year or 2.
