TSB 2021 Timelines

Options
Hi All,

Does anyone have recent experience of mortgage approval from TSB? We submitted full application via a broker on 12Jan21, some additional requests on 13Jan21 and radio silence since.

I known it’s only been a week (total control freak over here, I don’t want to hassle our broker too much!) but I’ve seen other posts about valuations being booked early.

If anyone has info on the TSB process, it would be great to hear!

  • Well that was fast!  For anyone waiting on TSB, our timelines are below:

12/1 approved DIP and full application submitted
13/1 request for new gifted deposit letter, sent same day
    20/1 mortgage offer received!

90% LTV, two home movers with straightforward application (salaried jobs, long term with employer, no furlough etc)

  • That was quick,  am also waiting for tsb but only  submitted on Monday.  Thanks for the update.  I wish you the best
  • Good luck!
  • Thanks,  I have just been notified that they did a 2nd hard search today  Hopefully I won't have long to wait.
  • Also waiting to hear back. Applied on the 11th through a broker so fingers crossed we’ll have some good news soon. I really hope we aren’t turned down.
  • My application went in the week before Christmas and I got my offer through on the 14th.
  • Finchy well done 👏,  I hope Callme and me  will hear good news soon .

Just bumping this if anyone is waiting on TSB.

30th June - application submitted via broker and AIP issued
    5th July - valuation (I suspect a desktop valuation)
    5th July - offer issued

Was very quick for me, but I'm in the lowest LTV band which may have helped to move quickly.

    Mine was really quick.

    Submitted 14/6 via broker.
    Property visited on 18/6.
    Offer received 21/6.

I'm 20% LTV FTB if that is of any relevance.
