Couple of questions post BR

Options
Hi all.
I went through the BR process over a month ago. It seemed to be straight forward, no homeowner or car owner. OR said via email she will not need to interview me any further because she had all the info. I never received a phone call from them. However, just yesterday, my landlord (housing associate office) just contacted me saying they have received a letter from the insolvency office asking for information regarding my tenancy and if I was happy for them to reply, to which I said yes. My question is..
1) Shouldn't the insolvency office ask me first for any information they need rather than contacting the landlord's office and what would they be interested on?
Much appreciated, thank you.
