Is it a good sign if the lender has sent the valuation report to conveyancer?

Hi Virgin Money have sent the valuation report to our solicitor. We haven't got our mortgage offer yet so just wondering if this is a good sign of an offer coming?

When the valuation report goes out they have no idea if the case will be offered or not. There might even be an issue with the valuation as we had recently.I am a mortgage broker.
