Hi Virgin Money have sent the valuation report to our solicitor. We haven't got our mortgage offer yet so just wondering if this is a good sign of an offer coming?

When the valuation report goes out they have no idea if the case will be offered or not. There might even be an issue with the valuation as we had recently.I am a mortgage broker. On the other hand, anything happening is usually good news with a property purchase. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.2
