Mistake: Putting a wrong respondent's address

Very bad mistake due to stress. I put in the wrong respondent's address in my online claim form in the first place. To rectify my mistake, I put in another with a correct address. Am I allowed to do that? Now I have two claim form with the same ACAS certificate number. I have contacted ACAS about it. Please advise what I can do.

Normally you would need to apply to change the incorrect one, rather than issuing a new one. You need to withdraw the one which is wrong.
