Selling CDs and old phones

I recently sent a bunch to of stuff to Music Magpie, including books, games and DVDs. While I was promised £45, they've only paid me £28, which I have complained about (I'm not sure I'd have bothered for this money). All of the stuff was in good condition and I carefully checked that everything was present, but it seems to be the higher value items that are not paid for. Their reasons include that discs weren't present (I checked and they were) and most annoyingly, that a couple of items were counterfeit, which I know they weren't. Has anyone experienced Similar problems?
