Approved mortgage address/freehold error fix

Hello!

We have been approved for a mortgage by HSBC and our solicitor has noted two mistakes on our application. 

The wrong county was used on our new address, and the application also states that the home is freehold, when it is actually leasehold (very common in NI). 

Our solicitor faxed a document to request an amendment on this 12 days ago, and we’re yet to hear anything regarding this being amended, or if it needs to be fixed to proceed. 

With a completion date of the 29th January, is there anything that can be done to speed up this process or can I personally call the valuer to help move things along? Just worried that we won’t have enough time to complete if HSBC also take a long time to release funds etc. 

Any advice would be appreciated!

I would add that this error came from the valuer, not our broker or any information I passed along.

Update on this...
The bank got the address county updated and sent through an updated mortgage offer...
However, they didn't fix the tenure issue and we're back to waiting again for ANOTHER updated mortgage offer.
