Mortgage that includes £££ for an extension/reno

Hi everyone.
Hoping for some advice. Has anyone ever gotten a mortgage that includes budget for a Reno/extension?
Hoping to borrow £150k plus an additional 50/60k for work to the house.
Any thoughts appreciated.

    @petunia_pitstop A remortgage with capital raise for the purpose of home improvements is quite a common scenario. Hope I haven't misunderstood the question?

    Isn't too unusual although it will depend on the property and the figures.
    You would be better speaking to a mortgage broker.

    Thanks both and hoping to speak to an advisor in the next couple of months. I want to sell my current house and buy a new one so I wasn't sure on the best way to finance the improvements. But as you say best to speak to an advisor.
