I think I'm right in saying that we all get:
- £12,300 per year CGT allowance which we don't have to declare or pay tax on
- £7,500 rent a room scheme which we don't have to declare or pay tax on
But can both be done together? Eg, you make £19,800 tax free and undeclared?
