Paypal - unable to login and can't contact them.

During the PP login process, I enter username and pw, I then get a message to enter a verification code thats sent to my landline. This is where the problems start. With a new internet service provider, I got a new LL tel number, PP are sending the verification code to old tel number. I then use the option for contact to my email address, this is a hotmail address which is not receiving the code thats being sent.  So old LL and hotmail thats silent when PP send the ver code (they do appear to have the correct email just nothing is being received from them).

Can I do anything to resolve/ get access?

Have you checked your spam folder on the hotmail account, that's where mine goes.

Yep, all folders checked, zilch (well plenty offers for something called ciallis).
