Getting so many scam winners notifications on Facebook at the moment...

three now in the last two days. They all offer some piddling prize which you need to 'register for' before you can claim it. If you follow their link (not because you believe them just curiosity) it take you to some very dodgy looking advertising which they expect you to give your details for. I'm seriously considering  a moratorium on Facebook competitions when you have to wade through this carp.

And while I was writing the above some random scammer replied to a comp entry asking for my cashtag - who he?.

Yeah it happens on FB & IG a lot. I just report and block them. Not that FB seems to care!
A comp will only ever want your address to send a prize to, anything else should ring alarm bells.

I found a lot on instagram, till I realised they were copies of real sites (just a small change or extra letter) now just delete them don't do f/book ones though.
