1. How to Enter
1.1 The competition is organised by The Tracklement Company Ltd and Willy’s ACV.
1.2 This competition is running on the Tracklements website.
1.3 To enter the competition, answer the question and enter an email address.
1.4 The competition opens on January 12th and closes Sunday 31st January.
1.5 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

2. Competition Rules
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Tracklement Company and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. The prize can only be posted to an address in the UK.
2.2. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.3. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on this page.

3. Competition prize
3.1 The prize: Tracklements Fresh Chilli Jam, Strong Horseradish Cream, Robust Wholegrain Mustard, Tracklements Pickles & Preserves Recipe Book, a Tracklements apron, Willy’s ACV Winter Wellness Box.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
3.3 The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. Competition winners
4.1 1 winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.
4.2 We will notify the winners via email and will allow 24 hours for them to confirm receipt of the notification. If confirmation is not received within this time, we reserve the right to select another winner.
4.3 Prizes will be sent to winners by December 10th (subject to impact on postal delivery at the time).

5. Jurisdiction
5.1 The organiser’s decision in all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.2 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
5.3 Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current General Data Protection Regulations and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
