Has anyone successfully changed their council tax after the six month deadline ?

There are other properties the same size/type and they have been extended like ours but differently. The VOA said that because they aren’t identical even if the footage is the same or bigger we can’t compare them.

Unless yours was a bungalow and you'd converted it to a 3 storey house and the others just had single storey extensions, I would suggest they are talking from somewhere one doesn't usually talk!! Hardly any extended house is exactly the same as another and when I was in the VOA and dealing with CT appeals at Tribunal, I would use different house types from same builder or from different builders as comparables.
