I don’t see the difference other than price and who are you to say someone is living beyond their means (unless you are a mortgage broker or work for a lender of course)? If they can afford it and want to buy it why shouldn’t they and why does it matter so much to you anyway?

Although this is clearly a very emotive subject for you and it would probably do you good to calm down. In addition since you have decreed “The End.” I suppose I shouldn’t have dared to comment further.

er, I am no one and didn't say I was, including saying someone is living beyond their means

Its doesn't matter to me and they can choose to do what they want

im not sure why it took such an odd turn there, clearly some folk have strange views with respect to single people.  Let’s hope their relationships are rock solid😂😂.
