e-Rewards - has it closed down

Hello, just wondered if anyone has any information about the survey panel site e-Rewards, has it stopped "trading"? As my last e-mail from them was 19th Dec, I assumed maybe they are off during the Christmas break, but it is now 2 weeks after that and still no surveys are coming via e-mail or on the Dashboard on the site. I noticed the same with Nectar Canvass who seem to be linked using the same setup.
It would be interesting to hear others views if you are experiencing the same or is it just my account! I have completed the contact form on their site to see if they reply.

I am still getting invites every few days. completed one for 150 points on 6th Jan, then 2 lots of 10points for not being suitable on 9th & 12th January.Think surveys are not available as much as they were as marketing budgets are probably cut and new products are probably not being launched.2

I've had an couple of invites today, got bombed out early on though.
You tend to get invites based on your level.0 -

Just wanted to update that I heard back from their support and after some change they made to my account I'm now getting surveys again so they definitely are still operating!1

Also on Diamond Level, gone are the days when you could complete 10 a day.
Lucky to complete 10 a week at moment1 -
Just logged into my E-rewards account and have a few surveys to do so i click on one to do and it bought up a almost blank page with this at top

I'm a bit late to reply to this but I can advise that I haven't experienced any problems with it so hopefully your issue has been resolved.
Whenever I've seen mention of the e-rewards program on a forum it's almost always to complain about them but I easily earn the maximum 2,000 Avios per month. Okay so the surveys are more often than not quite dull but for no more than 30 minutes a few days a month I get given 24,000 Avios in a year which is about £400 on the BA site.0 -
The maximum isn't 2000 avios a month, I have redeemed 6500 points at least twice every month for the last year0

Something is getting whiffy about e-rewards and Martin should definitely investigate. Loads of users are suddenly having accounts terminated with no notice. I've been a member for about 20 years and after not receiving invites for a while I logged on to at least make a redemption with leftover points in my account. On receiving an error message I contacted the panel helpdesk.
I received the following reply:
"Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity has been flagged, and upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.
As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we have concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.
We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when account issues have been identified. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website.
Thank you for your understanding."
It seems from Trustpilot that I'm not the only one and their score is in the toilet! I've always responded honestly to surveys and it grinds my gears that Dynata (the parent company of e-rewards) appears to be doing this to 'wiggle out' of paying genuine rewards.
If some of you contact them and ask why you've not been sent surveys, I'm sure you'll be in the same boat. Absolute scandal!0 -
Dynata are pushing the surveys through nectar now. Think you get 50 points for joining then a paltry 40-60 points per completed survey.
If you get bombed out you get 2 nectar points (worth 1P)
