THe C&G code in my mag this month is MB1108C but there's nothing for aptamil.

If you read the whole thread, you will see you have to put a code in to get the bear.

Could try sending them an email saying you forgot to put the code in.
I didn't get my bear after I registered (although I think I did input the code) so I sent an email about not getting the bear and they sent one to me.
Worth a try any way. Good luck.
