Hi everyone,
After reading the forums for a few months, we have finally taken the plunge and decided to get an agreement in principle.
This came back fine, we have now had an offer accepted on property and working to put the full application in shortly.
Can anyone provide any recent experiences?
I only have 1 default which the 6 year mark will be reached shortly, and my partner has 5 - all have been paid back in full and no late payments for at least 4 years.
We are planning on doing a 70% LTV.
Any thoughts?
