Natwest mortgage

Options
Hi all
First time buyer here.
Just wondering if anyone can help.
We are currently going through a mortgage advisor on a right to buy property, we have had a mortgage in principal and had rhe full application sent through.
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what natwests process is like please as we had a phone call 2 days after submitting the application  to book our valuation  for this week, is that a good sign ?
Also as we have gone through a mortgage advisor does this mean they get all the correspondence etc ?
Thanks in advance.

  • Hi There
    I too am apply with NatWest this week. From what I have been told, Natwest are fairly quick to instruct property valuation whilst the underwriters are reviewing the application. It’s good to hear that they have instruction valuation after two days.
    The mortgage advisor would normally get all correspondents, but if you ask for your application reference number, you can track the application yourself using the below link;

    Do let me know how you get on.
