Mortgage with missed payments

Options
Evening all,

we have made a reservation on a new build. We have £30k deposit on £407k help you buy cap!

I have had 3 missed payments last year which last one was in August. Both accounts have since been settled. Has anyone got a mortgage recently with missed payments with 6months of application, if yes who was your lender if you do not me asking? Brokers, any ideas whether I will be able to get a mortgage with those missed payments?

Thank you

Can’t see it being a massive problem, I’m not a MA but I’m sure there will be someone along soon to confirm.

It’s one of those things, don’t mind paying the higher interest..just need to know who to go to for AIP instead of guessing..

anyone used aldermore with recent missed payments?

    Thanks

Instead of just stabbing in the dark, use a good mortgage broker. They will place you with the most suitable lender for your needs.

There are a few on here who deal with adverse lending.
