90% return for adverse!?

Options
I know 1 lender which has returned with 90% and a few have 85% LTV. Any one know or think the others will follow with 10%? Seen quite a few before lockdown last year having a 10% deposit option.

@lmj10 Out of professional interest, if you don't mind me asking, which adverse lender is lending at 90% LTV currently?

I think you have to look at in perspective. The adverse lenders doing 90% LTV before lockdown were not really adverse, they were borderline high street - no adverse in 4 years was high street really.

We have a 90% product with no adverse in the last 3 years, but its only available to around 60 firms. As far as I am aware I dont think there is any other adverse lenders at 90%? I think Kensington dipped their toe in and so did Vida for a few weeks in November/December but both pulled those products pretty sharpish. Do you know something I dont?

  • Are they counting Aldermore as adverse?
Cant think of anyone else that would fit.   Halifax are technically the biggest adverse lender and they do 90% but they are definitely not doing adverse at that level

Do you fit all of the adverse criteria?
Aldermore still credit score, they are not a true adverse lender anymore though in my opinion. We stopped using them when they started declining cases that fit criteria.

Yes with Aldermore but my credit score is low due to defaults and payment arrangement markers
