When will everything go in reverse?Foresty_Forest said:I haven't made a decision yet. But my Aviva investments have increased in value considerably in recent weeks. I think I could lose quite a lot during the transition to TP? If I were to move, wouldn't it be better to do so when everything is in reverse?
Will you be able to react quickly enough (what if its a short sharp fall and you move and you miss a lot of the recovery)
Why would you want to leave a whole of market platform to move to a restricted option?
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
Being out of the market will mean you miss whatever happens in the market at that time. If you decide to switch when the market has dropped then by the time the switch completes the market may well have jumped again. Essentially it's virtually impossible to time the market.Foresty_Forest said:I haven't made a decision yet. But my Aviva investments have increased in value considerably in recent weeks.
