Hi,
I am applying for a mortgage with defaults on my file (all over 24 months now) going with precise. We reserved today and completion will be September. By September 4 out of 5 defaults will be over 3 years old. Would lenders use that in consideration or will they only use the date registered as a factor? Precise HTB criteria 0 in 24 months but feel so nervous and worried as the last one only turned 24 months 1 month ago.
Thanks
