NHS sick pay

Hello 🙂
I have received form ssp1 from my employer as 28 weeks of ssp has now ended. I work for the NHS and will now move on to half pay for 6 months. I believe this form is to support a claim for Esa? Main questions are
1. Will I be entitled to receive ESA?
2. If so, is ESA paid in addition to occupational sick pay of half pay?
Thanks for help 👍
