Does anyone know how long it takes approximately to complete on a remortgage for a house you already own/have a mortgage on?
Mortgage offer received 31 Dec, all documents sent to the lawyers this week. Mortgage deed is on its way to me for signing and title deeds have been revived and reviewed.
