Anyone else applied with Aldermore?

Hi,
has anyone applied for a mortgage with Aldermore? If so what was your experience and how long did you wait for a response? We have just had a bad experience with another lender having to wait 3 months to then be declined for reasons which my mortgage advisor felt were unfair. We have just applied with Aldermore.

Hi Amy32,

did you go ahead with your application with aldermore? What’s the timeline been like? Any recent adverse with your application?

we will most likely use them in next couple of days

Yes we have submitted an application with them. Only last Wednesday so still early days but I have been impressed with them so far compared to previous lender. They have been extremely responsive, and have clearly been looking at my application because they have asked questions about things on my bank statements. Yes I have adverse.
