If you've left employment and unable to get hold of your employer for a copy of your 2019-20 P11D, would you be able to use figures you think will have been submitted?
Does it show on your account similar to P60 figures filed by your employer?

Not sure it is shown on your Personal Tax Account.
Why not ask HMRC for confirmation of what they received on their copy of the P11D?2 -
Thanks for the advice. Never thought of that, but maybe in for a long hold on the line? What would happen if I under / over declared say my medical benefit? Would I hear from them either way?Plus a penalty?Should employers have a legal obligation to send out P11Ds to those applicable after leaving?1

Some employers payroll benefits, so they tax you on a notional amount of extra pay and don’t issue a p11d

Did they do this at all?0 -
