bankruptcy and getting second job

Options
Hi all,
I rarely post anything on MSE forums but here we go again.
I was declared bankrupt last April and have about three months to be discharged hopefully.
I'm on furlough now until lockdown ends or when kids come back to college, we don't know. I'm a contractor, contracted term times, so half terms and summer holidays, there are hardly any work going on. So, I've decided to join another company on zero-hour basis to do some work in summer.
My question is, shall I wait until April to sign the contract (zero hour obviously) with second company or I could do now because, 1x once on furlough, I cannot do extra work legally or that's what I've been told by my manager at least 2x it's zero hour contract so upon informing Insolvency Office, they might not bother that much with a new payment arrangement (I know it can last up to three years the payment arrangements) and that's mainly putting me off to sign any new contract.
What do you suggest doing? Shall I go ahead and join second job, knowing I would not be doing any work with second job until summer and if I inform Insolvency Office, how would they view an agency/zero-hour contract or if worse scenario, they might come up with a payment plan that might last three years? Thank you for your help.
Regard,

You have nothing to worry about. You only need to inform the OR about income when you’ve actually earned it. As this will be summer, and you will be discharged by then, an IPA (what you have called a payment plan) cannot be put in place.

    Many thanks!!
And a relief, obviously. Although bankruptcy clears one's debt, but I am living with the name, it's a bit stressful and not breaking the law at the same time.
