CCA documents illegible

Hi, advice needed.
CCA request sent to link financial in September, end of October letter received from them apologising for delay, week after that another letter from then enclosing a copy of the CCA which actually is an illegible copy of what looks like part of the application form and t&c’s which I’m not sure about. I then wrote back stating that what they sent was illegible and didn’t hold the relevant information. They’ve now wrote back 17th December, received Monday basically headed the letter in bold, and shouty capitals, FINAL RESPONSE enclosing the same documents. So where do go from here? Maybe a letter in bold, and shouty capitals, headed FINAL RESPONSE, telling them that the documents they sent are not acceptable evidence as required by law."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock1

Hi,
They must send copy documents that are relevant to you, and contain all financial information, required by CCA applicable to your account.
A signature is not required, but the financials are.
Lastly, the whole lot must be legible.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
