CST LAW Letter before claim

Hi,
I hope someone can help, I recieved a car parking charge on 4.3 2017 from UK Parking Control at Bloomfield shopping centre, it was initially for £100, I ignored it and any further letters, some including them requesting i settle at a reduced fee, last Saturday a new letter arrived in the post but this is from a company titled CST Law, the amount they are demanding now is £175 .  They state they could take me to court.  Do they have jurisdiction here in Northern Ireland, do I keep ignoring and could this effect my credit rating? Thanks in advance for any advice

This is the spotted a local bargain thread?
Have a look at the dedicated Parking fines thread under the motoring forum.

As was said: go check out the proper threads.

Some observations though: the law around this here is not the same as in England and Wales (last time I looked) - no keeper liability, they have to identify the driver, and you are under no obligation to tell them.
CST Law are a bulk processor of claims - usually through a County Court in England. I don't think they can do that here, it would have to go to a NI court.
If they claim to be acting on anyone's behalf except UK Parking Control, it may not be valid in any case.

I am not a lawyer or an expert on parking charges, so go look at the detailed threads, but bear in mind most of them deal with English law.
