Competition opened at 16:00 on 06.01.2021

Competition closes at midday on 10.03.2021 and 3 working days later for postal entries.

1)The prize comprises a two (2) night stay in London for two (2) people including;

1. UK travel allowance or Standard Class Rail travel up to the maximum of £200 (total)
2. Two (2) nights’ accommodation at The Tower Hotel sharing an Executive room
3. Daily Full English breakfast
4. £1,000 spending money
5. Hop on Hop Off Thames River Cruise pass for 2 people starting at any of the 3 stop included in the cruise (Westminster Pier, City Cruises Tower Pier or London Eye Pier)

 

2)Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

3)The prize must be taken before 31st March 2022 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 26th March 2021 to 19th April 2021, 15th December 2021 to 5th January 2022. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.

4)Booking is subject to availability.

5)A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed

6)The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

7)Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities /elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

8)Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

9)There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

10)An allowance towards UK travel costs will be provided to the winner only. The allowance is calculated at a set maximum of £100 per guest and will be made payable to the winner at the time of accommodation booking by the prize provider as a BACs transfer. This travel allowance will be paid to the winner up to a maximum of 2 guests/£200. Neither Channel 5 nor the prize provider are responsible for organising travel arrangements for this prize, it will be the winners responsibility to organise this appropriately throughout their stay unless otherwise stated.
