CTR when new tax year starts

Hi, I’m now 8 months into bankruptcy and all seems smooth so far. Reading a thread the other day about council tax, it occurred to me my IPA for the council tax will finish in March and I will be issued with a bill for the new tax year. My bill was reduced by council tax reduction benefit, will this just pick up again? I still get housing benefit and nothing has changed there and they seem to run hand in hand at Sefton council so I’m hoping it will just be applied automatically. Does anyone know from there own experience?
Also will I receive anything once the IPA is completed at the end of this tax year to confirm it’s finished? It was only for the excess income due to no Council tax.
thanks everyone

It depends on whether or not they've updated their system with an end date of the claim or not. You need to check with the council.

I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.
