Management pack from service charge company.

Anyone else had any experience of a real long wait for this?

We are buying a leasehold flat, the ground rent (pier) and service charge (mainstay) are ran by different companies.

We had the management pack back from the ground rent company in October but are still waiting for it from the service charge company.

Our mortgage offer is valid until February 5 and we are getting a bit anxious now about timescales.

Have pushed our solicitor and the estate agent numerous times but nothing seems to be happening, is there anything we can do to speed this up?
