  • More than capable of doing the workload that everyone else does or I used to do. Covid has been a factor but it only seems to be me targeted with the increasing workload. Beleive it or not there are people in this world that will seek to take advantage of others given the chance. Others have made the comment to me "I dont know why they keep !!!!!! on you" so I know I'm not imagining it.
  • @ gettingtheresometime, I used to work for a company that had me in at 5am and not leaving until 11pm most nights. I didn't mind because we all shared that burden, and like you, my OH was the one that suffered. It just becomes when you are, and feel singled out

What incentive does your employer have to reduce your workload when you are 'more than capable of doing it' and are getting on and actually doing it?

You are the one letting the situation persist. Why, if you don't like it?

No incentive, I am a walkover and will continue to be so hence waiting on intervention by the union.

The more you "reveal" the less I am convinced that there is an issue the Union can/will help with.

I'm sorry but I agree with others it does not sound like an issue your union can help with you either need to start pushing back or looking for another job

Well it looks like another job is needed. Hearing it sort of confirms what I was contemplating to be honest. Cannot name the company obviously but once they close ranks there is no where to go. Thanks to all who provided constructive (excuse the pun) input
