All your liabilities as of October 2020 are covered by your bankruptcy, whether they were listed or not.
As they told you, pass the letter to your contact at the Official Receiver2 -
There won't be any bailiffs, just send proof of your bankruptcy to Link and notify your OR that Link are now a creditor to be included in your BR. Your OR will write to Link too. You don't need to forward Link's letter to the OR.1

The debt vests in your bankruptcy so no enforcement proceedings can take place, don’t worry.
These debts are sold on post-bankruptcy in the small chance that they could be paid off by the bankrupt coming into money (say, an inheritance or a lottery win) during their 12 month bankruptcy period. That’s all.2 -

Non of your creditors have any recourse to collect on anything here.
You don’t really need to do anything, but you can send a copy to the OR if you want to give them a laugh.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
