Equity release

Options
Hello all.  My mother in law took out equity release about 20 years ago.  She now has dementia and we don’t know who the provider was. Does anyone know how we can find out who she took out this arrangement with.  Any signposting would be helpful.  Many Thanks.

@madhobbs If there's an equity release provider, they'll have a charge on the house and this should be noted on the title register for the property, which you can buy for £3 from the land registry website. https://eservices.landregistry.gov.uk/eservices/FindAProperty/view/QuickEnquiryInit.do
