Wedding company in administration

The wedding company has gone into administration. Two payments have been made by bank transfer (bride) and 2 payments by mothers credit card. Could a claim be made to credit card company ?
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

    It may be a problem as the wedding booking is in your name, hers is a third party.
