TalkTalk on Heart, December 2020 - February 2021
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘TalkTalk December – February 2021’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 21st December 2020 to Wednesday 17th February 2021 on Heart Network (“the radio station”)
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk, to the TalkTalk page and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 21st December 2020 and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 17th February 2021.  
4.    Entrants will have to answer the multiple choice question and register their details to be in with the chance of winning.  
5.    From all online entries received across the time period stated above, one winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified by either email or telephone, via the details they have supplied upon entering within 7 days. 

Eligibility:
6.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident. 
7.    Entrants may only enter once. Duplicate entries will be removed.  

Prize: 
8.    The prize consists of the following items:

Specific Prize terms and conditions:
9.    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 
10.    All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. 
11.    Global reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize at its absolute discretion and there is no cash alternative.
