I'm so glad that I decided to try to be more mindful of my alcohol intake and cut down my days. Feel a lot better for it!

Since I all but gave up, I certainly sleep better - although that might be partly after Covid too.
Plus my 5-a-day ( as in £5 a day saved) has now amounted to just under £3,000 !Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!5 -
