Morning, 1 for Thursday 3/11 please Cathybird. Delighted you had a good trip. Please could I set my target to the cat on the moon as that is still my favourite emoji!
<Miserable update warning>
Another downturn with my father's health so back on the ambulance/A&E roller coaster again last Saturday with him home last night. He'd become well enough I'd gone on my planned fun trip to Glasgow last Friday so then I needed to fly back suddenly. Heart attack following last months stroke. Not strong enough for everything that's happened the last 3 months. Still no time to process/think/chill and get used to the new rental place. Really missing my home of over 25 years in London although moving to be nearer is helping with the logistics somewhat. I am mostly still reading along with the thread and really pleased to see how well everyone is doing.

I am so sorry that life is so difficult for you W_B_F . I hope that things improve and you find some time for yourself to think and process. I disagree that you are not strong enough though. You are very strong to have coped with the huge changes over the last three months and it is admirable that you are managing to have some AF days with plans for more. Please be kind to yourself. Thinking of you. X

Still on 1/20. Annoyed as just had a gin and tonic I didn't want due to social pressure and my own sad not wanting to upset my host. I had to eat snacks I didn't want either. Going to be AF tomorrow and Monday definitely. 
Good to see others doing well. Proof that it can be done!
