Yesterday and today were AF for me. I was away so it was easy. Back now and I have already said no to wine offered. Not sure how I will fare this evening...

For November I am aiming for 20 AF days please.

I'll aim for my usual 27 AFD in November,so I get all the bells and whistles for exceding targets etc,but leave a little margin just in case

I think that is probably it for October (and my five month dry streak). Part of me wants to continue and get my gold star tomorrow but it is my husband's birthday. He has chosen a special bottle of wine from his stash to accompany dinner and I know he would like me to share it with him. I'll decide tomorrow. X
