Thanks everyone. In a better frame of mind today, definitely want to stay off it. I have professional support through my private health insurance which I’m very grateful to have during these times and have joined CA. Didn’t realise I was as wrapped up in addiction to it until recently but seen it for what it is now. Not easy to not get caught up in the past and my many regrets ha just need to start moving forwards can’t change the past but decide to do better in the future.

25 for today, please and a target of 25 for March please.

That's great to hear alt. I'm sure you'll benefit from professional advice but from posts on here it's not at all unusual for 'drinking' friends to try to persuade you to join them and I'm sure it probably applies to the other habit too. Obviously, avoiding people and social occasions is one solution but hardly sustainable long term. I think I'd be sharing the good news about how you've used lockdown to kick your habits and how much better you feel for it. Let them make of it what they will. I'm sure they'll be envious even if they don't say so. Be strong!!😊

Yeah definitely applies ha. Think I am going to have to avoid for a bit post lockdown tbt difficult with one mate very much into the other habit who knows I'm off it. I manage his property portfolio but decided he'll have to meet during business hours, only going to meet with my member of staff who actually manages his portfolio and from my comm office. Keep away.
