Hello I was wondering if I could join for next month please? I have finally made the decision to actually take note of how much alcohol I consume and try to get a grip of it for my health and my budget! I'm attempting a full 30 days in a row, which started on Sunday so day 3 today but could start properly when October comes around? It might be a bit ambitious for me to be honest but will see how it goes. Thanks so much! Seems like a nice group and will be great for motivation and accountability  :)
Ooh hello!  Bom-sh-bom!  (Maybe I overdid the greeting).

Well achieved another AF night, happy to declare at this time so 4/20 please.

Thanks for the thoughts @maman, I will try and think that through. Sometimes having a higher target works and other times it seems discouraging. I think it is admirable how you very often better your target. I will keep plodding on as another forum member often says.
  • 19/18 for me Target reached. Really fancied a drink tonight but resisted temptation with a glass of milk and a yumyum. A yumyum is probably more calorific than a G&T so probably a bad substitute.
Nothing to see here, move along.
